Return Policy – Z Flip 7 Case

At Z Flip 7 Case, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if:

The quickest way to get what you need is to:

  2. Once accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

As with our standard policy, returned items must be:

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund
